Practice times will be posted after tryouts and teams have been assigned.
We will practice two days a week.
Iowa Frost practice for 2025 season will start on March 16th.
Practices will take place at the Clear Lake Wellness center, NIACC main gymnasium, and NIACC rec center on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Once teams are set you will be able to see times and locations of your team practices through Team Snap.
